Masterplan Model (Scale: 1:500)

The 3D model for Gohar Villas Karachi was developed at a 1:500 scale to represent the complete urban masterplan of this plotted residential community. Designed for both planning and presentation purposes, the model illustrates the full layout of residential plots, road networks, parks, commercial areas, and main access points with clarity and precision. Each house was constructed as a separate unit to enhance depth and definition across the model. A single villa was selected and detailed further with working interior LED lights, giving prospective buyers a realistic sense of the future living space.

CNC laser cutting was used for accurate plot outlines and structural layers, while landscaping elements were added using imported miniature trees, urban fabric materials, and green patches to bring the neighborhood feel to life. Subtle LED Street and zone lighting were integrated into key areas of the layout, enhancing visibility and giving the model a professional, high-end finish. Durable plastic paints and textured surfaces were applied for clean, long-lasting presentation. The Gohar Villas model now serves as a critical tool for real estate marketing, buyer visualization, and masterplan showcase, delivering technical accuracy with strong visual engagement.
