Design Features began its journey in 1994 under the name Asif Brothers, founded with a clear vision to combine Precision, Artistry, and Innovation in the field of Architectural Model Making. Started as a small, dedicated workshop, rooted the foundation for a legacy, driven by four brothers and their passion for design and commitment to excellence.

From the outset, our focus was on delivering exceptionally crafted Architectural Models ranging from private residences to complex urban landscapes. Over the years, we have developed expertise across a diverse range of model types, including prototype models, topographic models, urban design models, and conceptual models each crafted to communicate ideas with precision and impact. As our reputation for quality and attention to detail grew, so did the scale and diversity of our work.

In the mid-2000s, the company entered a new era rebranding as Design Features under the leadership of Syed Adil. What began with just three skilled craftsmen has grown into a multidisciplinary team of over 35 professionals and laborers. This transformation came not only an increase in scale but also a broader scope that company embraced full-scale architectural services, building on our foundation in model making to become a comprehensive design studio.

Today, with over 30 years of experience, Design Features continue to push the boundaries of creativity and precision delivering work that spans from finely detailed presentation models to forward-thinking architectural solutions. Our journey has been defined not only by the projects we’ve completed, but by the lasting relationships we’ve built and the vision we continue to pursue.
