Craft Bay View

The 3D architectural model of Craft Bay View was developed as a detailed, presentation-grade replica of this modern residential project, emphasizing clarity, scale, and visual depth. The model was constructed using CNC laser-cut components and 3D-printed parts to achieve architectural accuracy and clean geometry. The process began with detailed CAD drawings, followed by a prototype stage that allowed us to test material combinations, lighting placement, and overall form. Once finalized, the final build was executed with careful layering, realistic textures, and sharp attention to detail, ensuring the model accurately reflected the project's design intent.

To elevate realism, we incorporated imported miniature palm trees, planters, and landscape features that captured the coastal aesthetic of the site. Scaled die-cast vehicles were placed to give the surroundings a lived-in look. The model also featured an integrated LED lighting system, fully controlled wirelessly via remote, offering smooth transitions between day and night presentation modes. Plastic emulsion paints were used for clean surface finishes, and urban detailing was added using creative urban fabric elements. Craft Bay View’s model successfully balanced technical precision with visual storytelling, making it a powerful tool for presentations, marketing displays, and investor showcases.
