3D Modeling Project

Our 3D modeling for the Opal Mall and Luxury Suites was developed with a focus on architectural precision, urban context, and presentation quality. The model showcases both the commercial mall and residential suites in detailed accuracy, highlighting façade elements, structural massing, and external amenities. To enhance realism and bring life to the surroundings, we incorporated high-quality imported assets including 3D car models, tree libraries, and essential urban furniture such as benches, streetlights, and signage. Materials like glass, metal panels, natural stone, and concrete were carefully mapped using realistic textures and PBR workflows to replicate the final construction look as closely as possible.

In terms of production, we utilized Autodesk 3DS Max for modeling, with additional plugins and libraries for asset management and material creation. Our in-house setup includes high-performance workstations powered by RTX-series GPUs for fast viewport rendering and real-time previews. Physical prototypes of selected components were created using CNC laser cutting machines and high-resolution 3D printing materials, allowing us to translate digital designs into scaled physical models when required. This hybrid workflow of digital and physical modeling ensured that every detail in the Opal Mall and Luxury Suites project was not only visually compelling but also technically accurate for architectural presentations and stakeholder reviews.
