3D Modeling and Presentation Display

The 3D model for Paradise Mall, commissioned by N7 Group Builders, was crafted as a high-fidelity architectural representation designed for both marketing and booking purposes. Displayed at the Dubai office, the model served as a central visual anchor for prospective buyers and stakeholders. Built to reflect premium development standards, it included imported urban furniture, detailed landscaping elements, and accurately scaled die-cast car models to enhance realism. Our team used natural labor for the manual finishing and detailing processes, ensuring artisanal precision across building textures and surface treatments. The entire model was constructed using a combination of CNC laser cutting and 3D printed STL components, allowing us to reciprocate fine architectural features with accuracy and consistency.

A standout feature of the Paradise Mall model was its integrated lighting system. LED lights were installed in a serial connection layout, programmed to illuminate specific zones and pathways in sequence. The lighting setup was fully controlled via a dedicated electronic tablet interface, allowing interactive light management during presentations. This dynamic lighting system not only highlighted the key aspects of the model but also added depth and a modern touch to the display. Built as a perception model to represent design and quality standards, it successfully bridged the gap between concept and physical space, making it a powerful tool for visualization, sales, and engagement.
