The Ocean Tower model, created for Dubai-based Ansari Real Estate Development, stands as a benchmark in high-end architectural presentation modeling. Designed to reflect the sleek, modern design of this high-rise coastal development, the model was constructed using CNC laser cutting and 3D printed components to ensure precise architectural detailing. To bring the surrounding urban environment to life, we integrated imported 3D palm trees, planters, and scaled die-cast cars that matched the tower’s scale, enhancing realism and visual depth. The achievement of this model lay in its seamless wireless LED lighting system, allowing remote-controlled activation and zone-based illumination, which created a striking and flexible visual experience during presentations and events.

The model-making process followed a structured and essential workflow: starting with architectural drawings and 3D digital modeling, we proceeded to prototype evaluations to ensure dimensional accuracy and aesthetic quality. Once finalized, production included CNC fabrication of core structures, precision assembly, hand-applied surface treatments, and detail integration of external elements like landscape and vehicles. Final touches included high-quality paintwork, using durable plastic primers and acrylic-based architectural paints for clean finishes. This professional process ensured that the Ocean Tower model not only communicated the developer’s vision effectively but also delivered a premium-level presentation piece, combining realism, craftsmanship, and cutting-edge technology.
