Curved Architectural 3D Model

The 3D model for ParkView Beach Resort was a unique execution of form and realism, designed to reflect the elegance of a luxury waterfront destination. The model's curved architectural shape required precision fabrication, achieved through CNC laser cutting technology and extensive prototype studies. Before initiating the final build, our team developed multiple-scale prototypes to refine the geometry, materials, and finish, ensuring the final model delivered a highly realistic and architecturally accurate result. This preparatory work was key to capturing the building's sweeping curvature and organic flow.

Set along a seafront site, the model also incorporated a detailed landscape area designed using creative urban fabric elements and imported 3D palm trees to evoke a coastal resort atmosphere. To simulate the sea, we used a combination of heated epoxy resin blended with compatible paints, specifically alcohol inks, acrylic pigments, and resin dyes, to achieve a realistic water effect with depth and texture. The final resin finish was polished for clarity and visual fluidity. This blend of artistic craftsmanship and technical precision resulted in a vibrant, immersive display that effectively communicates the ParkView Beach Resort's vision, making it ideal for marketing, client interaction, and luxury real estate presentation.
